Karma garments are all made from performance knit, mesh and/or bamboo blends (see Fabric Chart). Special care should be taken to extend the life of your Karma garments.

Best practice:
to protect the life of the fabric and the shape of your garment, machine or hand wash inside out in cold water and hang to dry (preferably out of direct sunlight).

Wash with similar colours and fabrics.

Avoid washing together with anything abrasive, such as denim or garments with zippers – these can be harmful, especially in a repetitive motion like in a washing machine.

Avoid washing with cotton towels and fluffy/knitted fabrics: cotton fluff and pile (especially from towels) tends to attach to the technical fabric.

Do not use fabric softener:
it coats the technical fabric and inhibits its wicking capabilities. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or iron.

When in doubt:
check the tag of your garment for specific washing instructions.
